Biological Based Cleaning
First General prides itself on only using “green” cleaning products.
Our biologically based cleaners naturally digest most restoration soils into carbon dioxide and water and can continue to work long after initial application. All of FGS’s cleaning technicians are IICRC/Clean Trust certified in restoration cleaning. Some uses of our products are described below.
Odor Control
Used for some difficult restoration challenges, such as smoke odor, animal urine, and other challenging odors.
Fuel Oil Cleaner
Used for the digestion and removal of soils and odors from fuel oil and other mid-weight hydrocarbon stains.
Carpet Treatments
Our ready to use pre-spray has excellent cleaning performance on food soils, pet stains and body fluids. We also have carpet spot treatment for organic stains such as soda, coffee, blood, urine and vomit.
